We are away from my hometown for 12 days.  Six days has already passed and we are counting to the 12.  How i wish time would stop so that it would be forever holiday and there is no work but just live a life with no pressure.  But life is not like that.

It’s our 6th day in Bohol particularly in La Estrella Resort but i’ve spent only 1 full day at the resort and that was on Christmas Day (December 25, 2010).  All the other 5 days are spent away from the island.  Today was the 5th and Dimple was left behind as there were guests who traveled with us to Tagbilaran and on our way back, we also had 5 guests whom we met at the airport.  So we were full and just no space for Dimple. With the 5 days always leaving the resort, it feels like i started to feel that the trip is getting shorter and shorter but still i haven’t let go of the fear crossing the sea space between Mucpoc and La Estrella.  I have this fear of the sea because i can’t swim fgs! lol!

We arrived sometime before 7 pm and she was at the gazebo Facebooking.  I asked her how was her day and she said that she spent it  reading and she got online not very long before we arrived.

Anyway, i thought of posting a couple of pictures i took for a day.  I will post it in my photo blog so you can check out my photo blog from time to time.

I really need to do updates in all of my blogs.  I have this lappy with me and i can get online on the schedule times but most of the time am away from the resort and when we get back in the evening, Dimple is there. If there is no wifi then she has her anime movies.  So i almost don’t own my lappy.  She feels like she’s the owner. lol!

Daughter and I left Iligan City almost 6 in the evening.  Sounds quite late but the boat was scheduled to depart at 10:45 pm.  Dimple and I boarded the Rural Transit because there was no gray bus at the Super 5 station. We arrived a little bit before 8 pm so we just took a jeep to Gaisano to eat dinner.  We had a quick dinner at Jollibee – Gaisano City.  Then from there, we took a motor trike direct to the pier and we paid 20 pesos each.   The loading up the boat has not yet started when we arrived at the waiting area.

They were strict in their luggage and quarantine inspection.  They also have K9 dogs to sniff on all luggage.  The dog was a girl and we dunno her name but we call her “good girl” because her boss called her good girl after behaving.

I also had mine.   We were brought to the foot of the gangplank by bus.  The distance from the waiting area to the boat was just so near yet they want organize system, so we still took the bus/couch.

After we settled our things, we roam around and check out the side deck.  CDO pier was already quiet because SF 12 was the last one to depart.

He used to skywatch from Singapore.  He used to get up early in the morning just to leave his post url  at http://skyley.blogspot.com

Now they are back in the Philippines and i cannot remember anymore when was his last entry for skywatch.  Now it’s 2:37 my laptop time and this week’s episode is not yet up.

I am not aiming for number one slot but at least i can leave my link now because if i wait for my office time – i will totally forgot about it.  Now just few minutes more and I hope it will be up.

I got this Christmas decor from a friend who went to England to study. When he came home to visit in 2004, he came to visit me in my apartment and gave me this. So cute and I still have it until now. What i find funny was that thing got a stamped with a sticker that says: Made in China. He bought it in England and brought it home to China to give it to me.

I find made in china exported stuff more durable than their products for local use.

I like doing reviews on any products and when i have the opportunity to do it, am just hoping that i will not be on travel. It is not always easy to access the internet while on the road. I did tried though by using a Globe Tattoo broadband but as the bus leaves each terminal, there are some place that the signal is weak so the internet connection so it was futile to do any job reviews while on the road.

Last night, i read some product reviews including some acne treatment reviews and the latter gave me some idea on how to treat acne. Although i don’t have active growths for many months now, thanks to FC, yet I do control the food i fed myself because too much meat and protein can induce the growth. I advice the same thing to my daughter.

If the review is STAT then i really have to find means to get connected so i can post a product review.

The photo I am sharing is a photo of a lighthouse which is located in the Island of Cabilao, Bohol.  Just a stone throw away from La Estrella Beach Resort (old location).

This lighthouse brings back nice memories of a past love.  The first time i laid foot on this lighthouse was during the last few days of January in 1997.  I will say few days because i cannot remember the exact date anymore but i know it was around that time.  I was  3-4 weeks pregnant with my dd (dear daughter)

With me to visit this spot was of course of course my boyfriend (Dimple’s dad.)  I am the type who is very scared of heights so i did not make it up to the top.  I guess i lasted midway and he took a photo of me.  I still have that photo now and it obviously shows that i was not relaxed up there, but i managed to smile.

He and I were there on a very important purpose but after 3 days we both felt  a little disappointed because  our mission on why we were was not happening.  Anyway, we sort of just think that the days we spent there was our advance Valentine’s day celebration as our initial plan was to spend Valentine’s day in Bohol, February 14 of that year.  But due to an emergency situation, so we had an early visit to the resort.  It was my first time. Not his because his mom owns the place.

In April 2008, Dimple and I had the chance to visit the resort again and yes, we had the chance to stroll to the lighthouse from the new location of the resort.  Taking that photo, memories came flashing back and i smiled to myself because i saw myself in his place long time ago taking picture of me up there.  Now, look at another photo and tell me who is up there –

Oh my she was so brave to make her way to the top.  She even managed to stay awhile to enjoy the view.  I really envy her that time.  But i was already in a state where i can’t climb up heights anymore. lol!   I have i already increased my size twice from the first time i visited the spot.   So, i just end up her photographer of which i did not mind because i was feeling i was her dad.

She looked tensed yet she moved upward more.  She’s standing almost at the spot where i sat one day that end of January 2007 – and she was still 3- 4 weeks old fetus inside.  Now, in this photo, that little fetus is standing on the same spot.

How time flies!

Oh memories…you make my heart lighter.

I am making a frenzy post because strong winds and some rain are coming this way.  Not the main head of the typhone but it would be strong enough for a stray wind and rain.  I called up home to check if they have candles.  Mom said, the small ones are all used up and they only have one big piece.

In the dorm, I think i still have 2 pcs.  I am positive the light will be off again tonight.  But before that happens i want to check the best fat burners in the market because i want to compare it with the slimming coffee tagged to me by a dealer in Manila. I am asking reviews from friends on what they think of the product.  I am in the quest of losing the excess fats that i have (in words and in actions) lol!

Another thing am worrying now is that my girl is off to the camp and in this weather? Oh God, please keep them safe from the bad weather and from evil thoughts and acts of the devil.

This is an old photo of my kids. I was the one who took this so am not in the picture. This was taken in summer of 2000 and i guess the only photo of the two of them.  Oh there were still so wee in this old photo and me? hmm i guess i was horribly big than i am now.  lol but it’s true!  I was bigger and ugly that time.

These two kids haven’t seen each other again since after that summer. Because of unfortunately events, i deprived myself of living with my son since that year and counting and went home to my daughter. It was not easy for me as a mom but i tried accepting the situation. My daughter though is mum about her feelings although there was a year that she wonders how her brother looks like until we got a photo of him in 2008. They have a few similar features but it was obvious am there mom.

In the next photo shows me with each of them them in two separate occasions. I wonder when would be the time the two of them could meet up again.

For now i just wonder because I still dunno when.  I am a bit sad for missing the latest Cebu Pacific promo fare of P10.00 then we could have made it to Manila on January next year.

I am just waiting for the promo then for sure these two shall meet.
