Good Saturday Evening

Hmmm it’s evening now (Saturday) but I haven’t made any post. I was online earlier this afternoon so that I can do the Saturday specials but I was disconnected from my internet connection then I fell sleepy – so i slept and then while sleepy I heard that it rained cats and dogs so i continue sleepin huggin my pillows. :D Just the pillows huh and am dreamin and good dream that am sliding down the moon. :)

This morning I was a bit early to church because I had a part during the Sabbath School program. The message during the Divine Worship was very inspiring. The message made me more believe that Muslims and Christians are really blood related afterall. I so love that story of history again and again. After the church service, me and some of my friends had some photos clicked for our Friendster. So if you have friendster account, try to invite me for an add and u may be able to see the pics am talking about. HOpefully tomorrow I can be able to shot something for a Week-end entry. I think I will be off to work some hours tomorrow if I will be called.

Well, let me do my Saturday tag now before it gets too late.

I am Type O but never did I want to be a leader. I want to be next to the leader though. Though many would like to pick me as a leader in some group activities, am not so happy doing it. It’s worth to mention too that the weaknesses being presented here is an opposite to my personality now. Am not the jealous type on material things but when it comes to relationship i think it’s normal to feel that slightly and nasa lugar. Vanity? Hmmm I don’t think so. Am the simplest type of girl but love to stay where water abounds so that cleanliness is attained. Competitive? Hmmm i don’t think so. Ahhh mali mali ang Japanese resarch or really not all these traits applies to just one person. I know that even though i have same type blood with another person, she or he is still very much different from me in many ways.

Hello Tuesday!

Sorry for i was not able to update this blog yesterday. I was not away. Actually I was just online approving comments and even commenting in some but I was just not in the mood to blog. My mind was off somewhere though I have enjoyed chatting with some friends. hehehe. There are really days like that.

Well it is Tuesday once again and it’s been awhile i haven’t done any Tuesday Toot for Mommy Community. Just got nothing inthe past weeks. Hopefully next week, there will be one or more.

Today am a bit sad with Union bank. I feel it is taking forever for my transfered money from Paypal to Union bank. Anyway i should not complain. I will have to consider Mitch and Kerlyn’s advice because they know better. Anyway, I should have to wait one day more and if tomorrow nothing good will happen yet then I will go to the branch bank and call the hotline directly from there. Then if every transaction will last this long then i’d better close my account here and inquire if I can open an account in Cebu or Davao or I dunno if Cagayan de Oro is considered a City Account – even if am from this small city. Kerslyn told me that possibly my Iligan is a “province” account kaya it is taking long for the trasaction to be complete. I can understand why they would consider Iligan in the province category because this is just a small city and we have only 1 union bank. whereas in other mindanao cities am sure more than 1 branches are sprawled all over the city.

Well, am hungry now, let me go find some eats and then come back to do Yen’s tag and later tonight am going to do Michelle’s tag. :)

I come across short info the other day and I think it is very interesting and I wanna share them with you.

We see Japanese bow, and we take it as thank you. But it is not what it always meant for them. Each bow executed at different angles carries different meanings.

  • Five degrees means a simple greeting like “good day.”
  • Fifteen degrees is a common salutation, but a more formal form of “good morning.”
  • Thirty degrees means a respectful bow indicating appreciation for a kind gesture.
  • Forty-five degrees is used to convey deep respect or apology.

Pictures, Memories, & a Burn

Got home early this afternoon. Got so much to do that it seems I dunno where would i start. I put aside my washing session (they are mountainmuch) and come to the city to have the pictures burned in a disk. Got burner at home but I have no blank disks. Anyway, i had it burned and have some twenty plus in print to be sent to my sister. Next month when I have money, will print more for a photo album for friends and family who does not have access friendster.

I got a total or around more than 500 random pictures so i got a long night tonight to edit the pics for me to be able to share.

By the way, I only did not bring home much pictures and memories, I also brought home a burned leg. Got a blister at the side of my right leg. :( Burned by smoke exhaust of motor bike on our way to boat station when we left the island yesterday. I wonder how to have this healed so quick and the wound marks would go away. Haiii i doubt.

This is all for now — more and more in awhile or tomorrow.

I was passing Chowking late yesterday noon so I decided to drop by for a quick lunch. While going in, I was already calculating my expenses. I wanted to eat chicken laureate but the serving is too much aside from the price that’s abit expensive compared to the beef chowfan or any any bowl of noodles. I ordered beef chowfan and an ordinatry type of tofu. No drinks. I was carrying 1 pc of tamarind (orange) and my handbag. After giving my order and paying the bill, the lady asked, “SDA ka ma’am?” (Are you an SDA, ma’am?) I was surprised thinking what made her able to ask me that. So after my positive nod, I asked her, “how did you know?” She said, “wala man gud kay paraphernalia” (you don’t have any jewelries seen) with her hand pointing to the direction from ears to neck and hands. I smiled. Imagining myself, I don’t have all those jewelries and no make-up either (unlike her) and I was not sure if my lip paint is still shows. hahahahaha whatever – am jsut glad I was not wearing any of my fancy rings or else she can never asked me that question.

In the church I belong to, jewelries or any accessories aside from the wristwatch is not encouraged. But i have weaknesses to like and be attracted on rings that’s why I own a few fancy ones. I have jade necklaces but I never use them. It’s the ring I often used when am not at work with a thought that it is for self defence.
