I just read about Mongolian Milk tea in my last issue of Saveur but haven’t found anywhere to try it yet. DO you ever make it yourself?

@ Annie – i haven’t made the tea myself. I had it often when i worked for almost a year at a city not very far from Inner Mongolia.

The tea looks like coffee with milk. So i think it’s tea with cow’s milk or goats milk then salt is added while being boiled. It tastes nice and they told me it’s good to the health.
