Hi Arlene, I hate to say this but that dog looks like it is starving to death. I would take it in or find out if someone is responsible for its condition. It’s never he animals fault.

oh yeah, i remember it now, that dog is sort of sick. i think he is from nearby houses. that other dog is my of my cousin.
