This is the big fowl we met at the St. Paul’s Seminary at CAgayan de Oro yesterday morning. She was not so friendly but yet she exposed herself to the place where there were many of us abound. AFter eating, she hopped on some covered tables and started quacking – i guess just wanted to catch attention thus the result of taking picture of her. It was not only me actually but another workmate who was carrying his own camera also took a picture of this noisy fowl.

My favorite of all BBQ’s is chicken. Though beef is also delicious but nothing is much common around here in my hometown except for the chicken barbeque.

I grabbed this picture from the internet but the chicken barbeque am talking about is much like this except that they are bigger portions and they are on a stick. If eaten in a native restaurant they are usually served in a babana laden native plate and with a side dish of pickled papaya. Chicken BBQ is one of my favorite philippine delicacy which is commonly known as Chicken Inasal. Favorite all year round food of Filipinos.

I know France is one of the most beautiful country to visit. My friend and I loves to dream making a trip to far away places and this Northern France tour is a dream that we will do one day. Not a luxury trip but sort of a backpacking trip. She says it is interesting as we have few friends who has gone backpacking travel to Europe and they had a blast.

Or if one loves the rural setting then he or she is perhaps off to Nievre to enjoy the peacefulness of nature in a rural setting. One can make early reservation as during peak times, the place is full of guests not just locally but also from around the world. >> I am not sure. But I am thinking of one but it’s too early to say yet.

>> those kiddie christmas parties I attend when i was still a child.

7. If you are married, describe your wedding. If not, what would your ideal wedding be like? My wedding was not my ideal wedding and am trying to forget that marriage. If given the chance to be wedded again for sure it is gonna be my dream wedding – a very simple one yet my friends and family will be around.

Sophia and or Stephanie

Andrei/Joshua or none really. I love making baby names from my name and the name of my my partner.
