Sabi ng machine techs, my sugar is already high and am already into the house of Diabitis. My cholestero is not bad – it’s still normal. I haven’t had any food since 5 pm yesterday and water since 6:30 yesterday but when I had my sugar result – I just can’t get myself to eat at breakfast this morning. hehehehe Last year, I had FBS too and my result was just 75 and now it is like it caught me by surprise. I was alreadydoubting, but yet seeing the real number – it made me weak.

Well, I really have to cut half or more my rice servings and at least eat rice twice or once a day. One friend said today, your sugar is in your love handles. I just laugh but it’s true. Got a long way to go to erase this love handles.

I can remember the words one of my college teachers told me last Sunday, he said, if I won’t take care of my weight, I got only 5 more years to go without ailments or diseases. I bet he is right. So wish me luck guys that I should be serious about my weight loss.
