The only thing I would like to be featured in my Toot this week is the graduation of my brother last Saturday. You can see photos here.

After many many years of going to school and after 3 children — at last he graduated with a degree in Nursing. I feel i have the right to be happy about it because for the past 2 years while being here at home, he is a pain in my neck and ass. Though I don’t support him financiallyoutright, but i was sort of the food provider and some needs of his family. He was not only a pain to me but to my mom as well and the most to my sister who is working hard to support him. I guess he was the most lucky person in our very hard up family — but well, he dserves that as he is in school. We are all glad he is done with school and only the boards to be hurdled late this year which we all hope that he will pass it.

We didn’t celeberate on his graduation day but we promised him a big celebration if he passes the board.

Grandson or Grandsons?

My mom has two grandsons (one is mine and the other is of my brother) for real but sometime we wonder if we really have 2 because the other one is sort of “mixed”. His name is Carl but eventually turns Carla when he shows us those girly traits. And guess what? Not just his ways but it seems he has something in him that maybe if encouraged, he will turn out a fashionista. I saw some of his kiddie fashion inventions – I could saythat he is really talented. So if my brother 5 years later will be blessed to stay in the states, and sure Carl or Carla that time will will be frew years off from college, then I will encourage my brother to send him to fashion school. I know there are many fashion school that abounds all over america and even mulitple schools in some cities, so my neice/nephew will not a hard time pursuing his/her fashion careers.

Professional Cook

Am a cook in my own way and am proud to say that. But I know I would be more proud if i can be a professional cook by going attending chef school. There are few culinary schools in our area but thanks to Culinary Art School finder for giving us a long list of culinary schools all over America. So if I decide to be a stay at home mom settled in one of the states there, surely my dream of attending culinary school will come true.

Do you have kids who are dreaming to be international chefs? The Culinary Arts School finder is a good link for you to visit.
