I was having second thoughts on blogging about it (first time in a gym) because I might just back out later on, but I promised myself that I should be serious about this. I was weighing only 100-110 pounds 10 years ago. So if I can’t go back to that perfect 100 pounds, at least, God help me, to lose 30 pounds in half a year.
