How do you deal with anger? Do you freely show it or you suppress it at times depending on the situation. Supressing anger is really bad especially the heart. Long before, I suppress anger especially when there are people around so i end up shaking and almost to cry. Later I discovered that I can do the following:
1. Drink a glass of water.
2. Leave the scene
3. Go to an open area (facing the sea or the river or the mountain)
4. Scream it out
5. Cry – by crying it out you felt better even without confronting the issue that angers you.
6. Pray after crying
7. Deep breath
8. Go out and face the situation and smile
