Why is a Broken Mirror 7 years bad luck?

When i saw that in the yahoo homepage earlier today, my mind was right away brought back to the time when i was 6 or 7 years old when I was asked to pick the broken plate from the garbage pit because my aunt (mom’s sister) thought of giving it as a gift to the couple (the guy was her long time bf) who was to get married the next day.

All I can remember was my aunt was hurting and there was a lot of crying moments before the big day. The guy loved her but he was in a situation that he can’t back out from the situation thus leaving my aunt heart broken. But my aunt was not fixed with “am sorry”. She gave the couple a gift that contains the pcs of a broken plate. (it was incomplete pcs of course)

My aunt married 2 years later and had 2 sons. She was happily married to her husband. Years later, i think she has totally forgotten that guy, but she news reached her that the man and the woman — finally break the marriage vows.

Was it because of the broken plate or that’s just how the couple made it. I think even without that broken plate, they still would break if they don’t know how to let their marriage work.

Sometime back, my aunt mentioned out of the blue, if that guy married her “he” is sure lucky to be married to me. We would never have a broken marriage. :D

Pay Per Post Here I Come

Are you new into new into blogging and wanting to earn by writing what you like at the same time enjoy being paid? Here’s a good news for you as it is also for me — register at PPP. Many of my problogging friends confirmed that they pay well and on time. I think there is no greater thing than doing what you like at the same time paid for it. right?

PPP offers a wide variety of opportunities for you to advertise for them, so I guess am not wrong in registering up with them. Thinking about this now, I can imagine the chance of earning more and then buy the most wanted stuff of my life at the moment. hehehe and of course, would pick also the thing that my daughter wants.

If it won’t come on time for Christmas, well, there are more months to come and everyday is Christmas here. :)

Wish They Are the Same

Just wanted to say that I like the features of wordpress. I mean, i feel they are more user friendly. It just take awhile to get you so familiar with the set-up. But now that i made this blog with blogspot I am still trying to be familiarize with everything and aside from that — I to know my daily stats, who comes in to visit, and the most important one, the incoming links. I feel these linkbacks are important and I always wish to acknolwedge these bloggers as they too helped in one’s blog traffic. right?

Oh i wish that one day, i will find some more wordpress features here at blogspot.

Christmas to me is a special time to ponder the great love God has done to us by giving us His Son to be born in Bethlehem long time ago. So, this season is a time for sharing and giving love to everyone. I feel that everyone is happy on Christmas time.
